Payment Options

New patients must reserve their time slot with a valid credit card.

Full payment is due at time of treatment

Your session starts when you enter the treatment room

Cash - Exact change please.

Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Personal checks

Returned checks - $40 fee for each returned check

Gift Certificates

Are the sole responsibility of the bearer.

Gift certificates are offered for

1 hour     75 minutes     1 1/2 hour     2 hour

Note: AIS only available in 30 minutes sessions

Total Body Stretch is not responsible for lost gift certificates.

All gift certificate sales are final and not redeemable for cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Total Body Stretch is not responsible for confirming or reminding clients of appointments

We reserve the right to charge the full fee for a missed appointment with less than twenty four (24) hours notice.

Late Arrivals

Please call if you know you are going to be late. Without a phone call, you have 15 minutes past your scheduled start time before you are considered a no show.

If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your session will start at the time you arrive and end at the original treatment time booked.

You will still be charged in full

Hygiene and Attire

Loose fitting, clothing is appropriate for stretching work done

Clients must wear socks

Children/Minors

A parental consent form must be completed for all minors (ages 17 and under) receiving Thai Yoga Massage or AI Stretching

A parent or guardian must be present at all times of a treatment/session. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Medical Conditions

In the event you are sick with a cold, flu or virus, etc., please reschedule your appointment, since bodywork/ exercise may do even more harm.

Should you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book your appointment, and again at your initial consultation.

If you do not discuss and/or disclose your current health condition(s), you are doing both of us a disservice and endangering yourself.

Bodywork/Stretching is not appropriate for certain medical conditions.

Health care providers recommend that patients not have massage therapy if they have one or more of the following conditions:
-Deep vein thrombosis( a blood clot in a deep vein, usually in the legs)
-A bleeding disorder or taking blood-thinning drugs
-Damaged blood vessels
-Weakened bones from osteoporosis, a recent fracture or cancer
-A fever
-Any of the following in an area that would be massaged:
-An open or healing wound
-A tumor
-Damaged nerves
-An infection or acute inflammation
-Inflammation from radiation treatment

If you have one or more of the following conditions, be sure to consult your health care provider before having massage:
-Pregnancy
-Cancer
-Fragile skin, as from diabetes or a healing scar
-Heart problems
-Dermatomyositis, a disease of the connective tissue
-A history of physical abuse

Side effects of massage therapy may include:
-Temporary pain or discomfort
-Bruising
-Swelling

Safety & Inappropriate Behavior

The safety and comfort of both client and therapist is paramount.

Either party may terminate a bodywork session if uncomfortable for any reason at any time.

Treatment will not be provided if you are under the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol. If you arrive at your appointment impaired, the session will be terminated immediately and full payment will be due.

Confidentiality

Your information will be kept strictly confidential at all times.

Total Body Stretch will not sell or provide your information to any outside marketing organization.

Total Body Stretch will not disclose confidential health information to insurance companies, hospitals, or any other third-party, without your written consent.

Total Body Stretch may need to consult with other health care professionals, under certain circumstances, when a referral or consultation may ne necessary to acquire a second opinion to provide you the best possible treatment. We will not contact without your written consent.

In these cases, your name will not be disclosed or linked with any particular medical condition or treatment without your written consent.

I want you to feel you've received incredible value for your time and money

If you do not feel any better at the end of your session and you're not satisfied with your session, then your money will be refunded.

However, "Reasonable Expectations" are required.

Sometimes, your improvement will be quite profound after one treatment and your primary pain issue could be gone entirely. Usually, multiple treatments will be needed and your primary pain can be eliminated

The sooner pain is addressed the quicker the resolution! Some things to consider:

1. How long have you endured your pain?
2. How many other health care professionals have you tried prior to coming to Total Body Stretch?

There are no magical remedies here or overnight recoveries.

Instead, keep in mind that the methods used are proven approaches to treating pain, injury and other conditions with massage and stretching.`
